CoolSculpting

Say Goodbye

To Unwanted Fat

Achieve Your Body Goals With No Surgery And No Downtime

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical fat reduction procedure that targets stubborn fat cells in specific areas of the body. During the treatment, a specialized device cools the targeted area, causing the fat cells to freeze and undergo natural cell death.

The destroyed fat cells are gradually eliminated by the body's natural processes over time. The procedure is non-invasive, meaning there are no incisions or anesthesia required, and most people can resume their daily activities immediately afterward.

CoolSculpting is effective for reducing fat in areas like the abdomen, thighs, love handles, and double chin.

The Procedure

Our aesthetician will apply a gel pad to the treatment area create a barrier between the applicator and your skin, and then place the applicators on your body.

As treatment begins, you’ll feel a light vacuum pressure and an intense cold. After approximately 10 minutes or so, the area being treated will become temporarily numb.

When each treatment ends, the applicator(s) and gel pad are removed. The treated area is then massaged for 2 minutes to help break up the fat cells.

On average, each treatment session is as little as 35-75 minutes per cycle (treatment), depending on the area treated. Each session is 1-3 hours on average.

  • Diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, and some scarring

  • Reduces age spots and redness

For those with more severe issues the chemical peel is best when it comes to:

FAQ'S

What areas can be treated?

CoolSculpting® is cleared to eliminate stubborn fat under the jawline, under the chin, the upper arms, back fat, bra fat, the flank area (love handles), abdomen, thighs, and under the buttocks.

What does the treatment feel like?

As the treatment begins, you will likely feel a strong cold sensation in the treated area. The treatment area will feel numb but the cooling process is carefully controlled to ensure that it targets the fat cells while keeping the surrounding tissues unaffected.

How long does it take?

35-75 minutes per cycle (treatment), depending on the area treated. Each session is 1-3 hours on average.

How is urinary incontinence diagnosed?

The condition is diagnosed mainly on the pattern of symptoms. Keeping a urinary diary (a record of daily urination, urine accidents and fluid intake) can help your health care provider determine patterns and establish the working diagnosis. The provider will also ask questions about your general health, your history of incontinence, past surgeries, illnesses and any medication you're taking. A physical examination, including a pelvic exam, will be done, and a urine sample will be tested.

Sometimes other, more complicated tests may be needed to establish or confirm the diagnosis or to guide treatment.

How does incontinence relate to age?

Incontinence should not be considered to be a normal condition of aging. Elderly patients should be evaluated in essentially the same way that patients of any age should be evaluated. Incontinence is certainly more common as patients age, but incontinence can be seen in children, adolescents, and adults.

Why should I care about my bladder control problem?

People often live with incontinence without seeking help. Many cases can be cured or controlled with appropriate treatment. Urinary incontinence is the second leading cause of institutionalizing elderly people. The problem can contribute to decreased socialization, decreased quality of life and depression. Getting up at night to urinate also increases the risk of falling and fracturing a hip.
